Policies and Shipping

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)

Three shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery:

Ground
One Day
Two Day

Orders usually ship one business day after being placed.

Shipping charges for all ground shipments are estimated for amounts under $200.

We must use estimates because real time shipping quotes are not capable on our website. These estimates are used to give you an idea of how much freight will cost for you. If shipping charges deviate significantly from estimates customers will be notified of the additional charges via e-mail or telephone for approval before items will be shipped. If shipping charges are less than the estimated quote we will update your order and ship the item without contacting you.

Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

For shipments that require one day delivery or two day delivery we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to inform you of the shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be estimated and will apear as zero on the order form. We will check with UPS as to the costs and will notify you immediately.
Orders will be held until we recieve confromation for the approval of the shipping charges.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Orders that request an in store pick up will be ready next day unless the item is out of stock in our physical store. We will notify you via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours that the item is not on hand so you do not have to drive out of your way for something that is not here. Items that must be ordered usually are delivered to our store within 3 buisness days. Upon reciept of your merchandise we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. Unfortunately our storage space is limited and we require that all in store pick-ups be picked up within 14 days from us notifying you that the item is in stock. All unclaimed in store pick-ups after 14 days will be returned to our vendors and your account will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

We do understand that people have emergencies and we will do our best to work around any problems you may have with delayed pickups. Just simply contact us and let us know what time would be best for you to pick up your merchandise and we will be happy to serve your needs.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. We will notify you of the incomplete shipment via e-mail or telephone to see if you still want the order processed. We will keep track of your backordered items and will contact you as soon as they become available.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store, e-mail us, or call us as soon as possible. We will contact you with directions as to how you may return the product to us. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used may be deemed non-returnable and will be shipped back to you.

Bicycles have many different parts and some are only compatible with others. This is why we stress that if you are unsure of the compatability of a part with your bicycle either contact us with your questions or a bicycle dealer closest to you.

Parts that have been installed improperly will void all manufactures warranties. We can not stand behind improperly installed parts and will not refund money on parts damaged in the process.

Goods damaged in freight must be notified to us within 3 days of reciept so that we can process our claim with the shipper properly. Delay of notification may result in you absorbing the cost of the damaged product.

Some prices in our online store may deviate from our physical store.

We strive to keep all the information in our website up to date as products are continually changing. If you notice something that you feel is not correct please bring it to our attention so that we can review the information in question together.
